Relax and Refresh Facial

The refresh facial at Secret Skin is time for ladies to relax. The treatment will be tailored and changed to suit each skin.

The skin is thoroughly cleansed and exfoliated with beautiful, high quality products. Elizabeth carefully examines each area and will discuss any concerns you may have. An enzyme peeling mask is applied and you begin to relax under a gentle steam vapour. After the enzyme mask is lifted away a selection of serums and lotions are chosen for your individual skin. These are layered and infused. A facial, neck and decolletage massage follows with the luxurious Multi Vitamin Oil. A hot towel refreshes and prepares the skin for the hydrating mask. This mask is a rich blend of Organic Honey, Organic Aloe vera, Beta glucan and Lactobacillus/Papaya ferment extract which provides a luxurious hydrating and calming effect to the skin. Once the mask is allowed to work its magic the facial is finished with suitable eye cream, moisture lotion and SPF. Time is given for your mind to return to the present before rising to dress.

Questions about products or skincare are always welcome however you will not encounter pushy sales of products at Secret Skin. Customers are encouraged to bring their present skincare products to their treatments so Elizabeth can advise how best to use them.

Advanced Facial

At Secret Skin Studio we like to do things a little differently. Each facial is customised on the day according to the customers specific concerns. This could include dryness, congestion, sun damage, ageing, adult acne, general laxity of skin, enlarged pores, skin texture, fine lines or pigmentation spots. This makes booking on-line super easy. Depending on the type of treatment required, the therapist may utilise some of the following equipment

• Diamond Microdermabrasion for the removal of redundant skin cells and smoother skin;
• High-Frequency treatment to enhance blood circulation, increase collagen and elastin production, and provide a germicidal effect to acne;
• Ultrasonic facial to exfoliate skin cells for a fresh, luminous, smoother appearance to the skin; 
• Galvanic treatment to enhance the absorption of skincare products;
• Microcurrent to target sagging muscles;
• Specialist mask containing polypeptide protein to smooth lines and help promote collagen production;
• High concentrated serum infusion using dotless plasma device

Even though equipment is utilised, a sense of calm and relaxation is observed. It is a combination of the best non-invasive dermal therapies with relaxation techniques.
