What a crazy few weeks it’s been. Thankyou to all my lovely ladies for the best wishes regarding my recent surgery. All went well and I am on the mend.
Just a quick update on our Covid policy……
In order to comply with the Qld government health directive we are asking customers to ensure they do a couple of quick steps prior to having your treatments.
- Check in using the “Check in Qld’ app
- Wait for your temperature check
- Wash hands upon arrival
While the compulsory mask order is in place – please keep you mask on at all times. If you are having a facial treatment please leave it on until you are seated on the treatment bed. Then replace your mask after treatment.
If you do not have a smartphone or unable to check in – please let us know and we can do it for you.

Please do not attend your booking if you are unwell. Please contact Elizabeth on 0412878511 and we can reschedule your appointment. I would like to highlight our booking and cancellation policy. Secret Skin offers a bespoke personalised service where time is allocated specifically to you. Please attempt to give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule your booking so the time may be offered to others on our waitlist. “No shows” will be asked to pre pay any future bookings.

Secret Skin Studio recommends you schedule your Dermal Therapy treatments for a minimum of 2 weeks pre or post Covid vaccination. Dermal therapies often use the bodies inflammatory and wound healing response. The additional short term inflammatory immune response from vaccination has a mild risk of unwanted adverse reactions when having dermal treatment.
All our usual cleaning and sanitising procedures will continue. Thankyou for your continued support especially over the last 18 months. I look forward to seeing you at your next booking.
